Job Title: Fabricator/Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and blueprint reading, as well as a strong understanding of conventional and precision measuring instruments. This role involves the inspection, certification, and documentation of parts, as well as finish grinding applications using both manual and power tools.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble structural metal products.

Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Utilize conventional and precision measuring instruments daily.

Conduct process inspections and certify/document parts.

Perform finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.

Operate laser and saw equipment.

Prepare various types of welds, including MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.

Finish weld operations to meet customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions.

Use robotic welding equipment as required.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in welding and blueprint reading.

Experience with conventional and precision measuring instruments.

Ability to perform MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.

Skill in finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.

Experience with laser and saw operation.

Robotic welding experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Attention to detail for inspection, certification, and documentation of parts.

Work Environment

Work on a 1st shift from 4:30am to 2:30pm or a 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 1:00am. The work involves using various technologies and equipment in a structured and supportive environment.
