This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in finance and a keen interest in the coordination of production processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that production planning is carried out efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our financial operations. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to ensure optimal use of resources and timely delivery of services. Liaise with various teams to gather and analyze data, forecast trends, and assess potential impacts on production. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that production processes align with financial objectives and strategies. Monitor and report on production performance, identifying any issues and implementing solutions as needed. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports. Participate in cross-functional teams to manage and implement project-based work. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the finance industry. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Excellent data analysis skills and ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficient in using financial software and databases. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive approach to work, with a strong drive to achieve results.
