Job Title: Material HandlerJob DescriptionThe main duties of the Warehouse Material Handler include ensuring proper handling of incoming shipments, unloading, and storing of received items, verifying, and recording part quantities on packing slips, and ensuring the accuracy of received shipment documents. ResponsibilitiesEnsure systematic and physical receipt of materials from vendors, suppliers, and carriers.Locate parts into designated locations both systematically and physically.Process split moves and sub-inventory transfers.Verify parts and quantities on packing slips.Log incoming mail to the log sheet and communicate to the lead.Process cubic scans and receive re-work purchase orders.Receive serialized items, pack cases from active inventory, and fill active inventory.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.Shift: 4:00pm-4:00am Monday-Saturday until peak season is over Contract to HireAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
