We currently have an opening in Las Vegas, NV for an Implementations Technical Manager working with one of our strategic Fintech partners. This is a full-time, in-office permanent position. As an Implementations Technical Manager , you'll have the opportunity to be part of this innovative company that is helping to shape the future of finance.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the successful execution of Euronet software installations at client locations. This involves meticulous preparation and hands-on supervision of technical resources during the software implementation process to guarantee seamless deployment and functionality. The role also requires direct collaboration with our partner and Euronet project managers throughout the implementation phases of Euronet software projects. Additionally, this position will have sole ownership of the Euronet implementation process, ensuring end-to-end accountability for successful project delivery.

Take full ownership of the implementation process, from planning to successful deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Act as the primary liaison between Euronet and Partner teams to align goals, define deliverables, and manage expectations. Guide technical teams, providing clear direction, support, and oversight to ensure effective resource utilization as it pertains to the implementation process. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and quality assurance checkpoints. Oversee the configuration, installation, and integration of software solutions on behalf of the client, ensuring alignment with client requirements and operational standards. Proactively identify and resolve issues during the implementation process to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth deployments. Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes, leveraging feedback and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Track and report project progress, key milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability. Ensure all implementations adhere to company policies, client contracts, and relevant regulatory standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, accounting, or a related academic field or 7 years comparable experience Minimum of 7 years' experience in the installation of software products Minimum of 5 years' experience in the installation of software products in cloud environments Desired qualifications
