Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a remote Senior Sales Manager to join a power generation company supporting the Sub-Saharan region in Africa. The ideal candidate will have a sales background and experience working with customers or clients located in the Sub-Saharan region of Africa. This person will be responsible for managing and expanding the power generation/equipment portfolio, including the sale of power generators and gas turbines. The responsibilities would include a 60/40 split: 60% of the job is heavily focused on customer activity and 40% of the job is focused on business development activities, including lead generation, account research, and presentations to senior management. This candidate will travel to Africa every 2-3 months to visit customers and is responsible for increasing overall sales activity in the Sub-Saharan region.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of sales experience in the Sub-Saharan African region
Passport/travel documentation and willingness to travel internationally - Experience handling/selling generators or heavy power equipment
Bachelors degree in business or related field null
