Randstad is seeking an experienced Rebate Operations Analyst to support Commercial & Government claims processing in Order to Cash Rebate Operations, Medicaid, Managed Care, and GPOs. This is a 12-month temporary/contract assignment working hybrid 3 days per week onsite in Whippany, NJ for a Fortune 100 Pharmaceutical global corporation. Local candidates are preferred as relocation cost reimbursement is not available for this position. No 3rd party agencies, C2C/CTC allowed.
salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility will be to support commercial and government operations in daily functions, including but not limited to, processing claims within tight deadlines. It will include:
Responsible for reconciliation activities in supporting daily operational analysis
Collaborate with colleagues in US Order to Cash, Contracts Administration
Assist on additional ad hoc projects and support where needed in operational platform.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
1-2 years experience in Medicaid and Managed Care Operations required
Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world-class results across a complex network of partners, providers, and stakeholders
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Able to work in a collaborative team environment
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, Model N, & Vistex preferred
Experience in rebate operations, preferably within a Top Tier Pharmaceutical company preferred
