Collaborate with business and Program stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements reiterated to Talent Management and skills related areas.Utilize in-depth knowledge to configure, manage and maintain workday Talent Management functionality related to performance review, feedback, goals, succession planning etc. to align with organizational goals and objectives.Design and implement Skills Cloud, Skills taxonomy, Skills related architecture (job profile, job requisition, worker profile etc.) ensuring accurate mapping and seamless integration with existing HR Tech tools.Ensure project success, including evaluating the technical/functional requirements, configured solutions meet the needs of the project and business as well as adhere to best practices and standards of control boards.Conduct system testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of the Talent Management system.Provide support to end-users on Workday Skills and Talent Management functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Tech and Data operations team when necessary.Stay abreast of Workday updates and releases.Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
Bachelors in Science or any equivalent education5+ years' experience as a Workday architect, within HR functional areas, implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM, Talent Management and/or Skills Cloud processes; Workday certification a plusAbility to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable configurationsStrong Experience in implementing Workday Talent Management module and familiarity with skills integration a huge plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay Range:
$50.00 - $55.00/hour
