Practice DescriptionFairview Health Services is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join the Emergency Medicine Department at M Health Fairview Lakes Medical Center on a casual basis. Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN provides award-winning care to the communities northeast of the Twin Cities. We are a Level IV trauma center, providing life-saving treatment to the seriously ill and injured 24 hours a day. Specialty services are available on-site in heart care, cancer care, childbirth, orthopedics, pediatrics and more.Practice Details:Casual statusFairview Lakes Medical Center is a 65 licensed bed facility and 24 bed EDLevel IV Trauma CenterDepartment sees an average of 75 patients per dayAnnual Emergency Department volumes: 28,000Approximately 15% of the Emergency Department visits are pediatricsPhysician shift times are 8-10 hours during the week and 10-12 hours on weekends.
