Partnership Sales Manager

PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Las Vegas Aces are seeking a results-oriented sales professional to generate and develop new partnership sales revenue across multiple verticals of Aces business. This position will navigate the sales process to target new corporate partners with regional, national, and international companies.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, identify, and track partnership prospects regionally, nationally, and internationally within target industries and segments Prospect, pitch, and close new partnership deals in support of individual and department revenue goals Build and maintain a robust list of prospective partnership targets Lead and direct partnership sales presentations and develop positive relationships with prospects to execute against short and long-term strategic partnership sales plans Collaborate with the Partnership Activation team to ensure fulfillment of client deliverables Work in tandem with departments across organization to evaluate all ideas and concepts prior to presenting to prospects Provide weekly reporting of sales metrics including pipeline generation, account status, revenue and quota attainment, and relevant partner interaction Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Three years in sales and business development role for a sports/entertainment company; able to demonstrate consistent history of exceeding sales goals CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States Valid driver's license KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Experience developing and selling fully integrated partnership packages using a variety of elements (e.g., entitlements, in-venue visibility, digital media, broadcast media, social media assets, etc.) Experience developing engaging and impactful sales plans and presentations, promotional campaigns, proposals and associated contract negotiations Strong internal drive and work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate, influence and build positive relationships within a multitude of business environments Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and efficiently lead and prioritize multiple projects at once Strong knowledge of MS Office products, CRM, SponsorUnited and third-party research Maintain professionalism when speaking with athletes and coaches in work settings, special events, and games Experience working in sports, entertainment, or live events Must be able to work nights and weekends, relating to the Aces' schedule Knowledgeable and passionate about the WNBA, NBA, NCAAWBB and NCAAMBB is a plus
