As a Business Analyst, you will think strategically and apply your skills in project management, data analysis, troubleshooting, and training to implement business processes and software solutions.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain reports and dashboard, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across teamAnalyze program data to evaluate market potential and come up with recommendationsPerform a variety of quality control checks to maintain and assure the accuracy and consistency of data in tracking systemsPerform database queries and program data analysis as requestedGather and prioritize user requirementsPerform and/or manage user acceptance and regression testingWrite user manuals, train users, and provide technical support on reporting toolsManage projects and client communication.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

Experience with Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tablesExperience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, while remaining flexibleInterest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.Preferred skills, education and experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working as a business analyst or data analystBachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programmingExperience with analytical tools such as R, Python, Tableau, Power Bl, Excel VBA, etc.Experience with software development and product managementExperience with utility energy efficiency programsBachelor's degree in an analytical discipline, such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming
