Job Summary
Havel is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant. In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of customer service and administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Enter time sheets• Issue, enter, distribute, and file purchase orders• Printing field related paperwork for projects• Fully understand and use the S&S service app• Assist with billings and requesting PO’s from customers• Assembly of completed work order costs• Service tech scheduling and coordination• Assist team by generating work order numbers• Assisting the Service Manager and other staff with day-to-day duties• Other duties assigned
Qualifications
• Ability to multi-task• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel• Excellent customer service and phone skills• Great communication skills• Attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency• Highly organized, self-motivated and a strong work ethic
