is seeking a talented and versatile Production Coordinator to support our Production team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across gender categories while developing core production skills under the mentorship of the Production & Sourcing Director.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrack & follow up on all orders with daily correspondence with factoriesSet up style & Purchase orders in AMTGenerate cost sheetsGenerate UPC stickers, carton stickers, ticket layouts, carton marketing, care label layouts, polybag stickers, packing & folding, hangtag & call out stickers placementsFiling & checking test reports for fiber content, care instructions and all applicable special attribute testing including full UL testing for Walmart & SamsFollow up with weekly WIPS, sales reports for Sams & BJS open ordersGenerate Input sheets with UPC, CAD, carton/item dimensions & all requirements for Sams, BJ's, JCP, Walmart, Winners, TJX & etcInforming relevant order information to factories per customer requirements including Uline for shipping specificationsTrack private ticket orders per customer including AD samplesRelay all information from factories to each salesperson responsible for the accountBack up for reception relief (approximately two hours per month)Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree2-3 years of experience in apparel productionUnderstanding of garment construction and production processesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication skills to work effectively across teamsRequired Skills & Competencies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative mindset and team-oriented approachAdaptability to switch between different directionsCreative problem-solving abilities
Monday to Thursday on-site in NYC, remote on Friday
