We are seeking a helpful and detail-oriented

Sales Assistant

to join our growing team.

Responsibilities :Provide support with preparing and sending proposals and other key documentationIdentify and research opportunities for bid submissionsDesign, format & proofread support of the various proposal documentsMaintain the CRM system to ensure that records are kept up to date with customers contact details and contact historyAnswer incoming calls and emails and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closureCoordinate conference calls and meetings for sales teamCoordinate event calendar, client appointments and material preparation as neededOrganize deadlines and delivery for client requests and special projects• Perform various administrative office tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or GEDPrior working experience as a sales assistantProficiency in EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer serviceStrong analytics and organizational skillsExperience working with CRM is a plusBenefits
