Night Shift - 7pm start time

Sunday - Thursday

7pm - Done (~5am the rest of the year)

We will have mandatory Fridays on 11/29, 12/20, 12/27

Position Summary: Warehouse Associate will perform an array of duties related to the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods, consolidation of warehoused product, and replenishment of pick locations as well as necessary warehouse functions such as pulling customer orders, loading/unloading trucks, inventory control, and general housekeeping.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely and properly unload trailer of product, verify the load for accuracy and stage for put-away.

• Pull orders from warehouse location and utilize conveyor system for sorting & staging

• Hand-load semi-trucks & smaller box trucks according to delivery requirements

• May be required to safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) to include forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, and/or clamper truck or attachment.

• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools for the purpose of maintaining proper inventory levels and proper location of goods in the warehouse.

• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.

• Interact with associates during the hand-off from shift to shift. Will frequently interact with delivery personnel, and the early morning receiving crew.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements/Physical Demands:

• 1+ year(s) of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Upon conversion to FTE, required to obtain power equipment certification

• Throughout shift, consistently lifting 35-48lbs and occasionally moving (pushing, dragging) up to 100lbs. Loaders will handle roughly 4,000 cases a night while loading from a waist-high conveyor to the floor. Case pickers will walk at least 5 miles each night, handling roughly 2,000 cases.
