We are currently seeking a Administrative Assistant for our Novi location. The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to the assigned department/division. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with each member of their location to ensure that assigned tasks are executed within guidelines.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Work closely with executives to provide support to team.Process requests from various departments.Coordinate meetings and manage calendars.Answer phone lines and route calls to appropriate associate.Liaison to other departments and customers.Reconcile paperwork as needed.Other duties as assigned.Experience and SkillsDesired Background:
High School Diploma or GED required1+ year experience in Hospitality/Reception/Administrative Asst/etc.Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are requiredPositive disposition and outgoing personalitySelf-directed and can stay focused & organized while dealing with frequent interruptionsPlans and organizes tasks & work responsibilities to achieve goals and objectives while remaining calm & professional under pressureStrong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office & TeamsAble to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments and personnelAbility to multi-task and strong follow-up capabilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Physical Requirements:
