POSITION LOCATION
:
Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement near the Willmar, MN area.
POSITION SUMMARY : The Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) assesses students with various physical, neurological, sensory and perceptual impairments to determine their functional skills within their current educational placement. The OTR is responsible for developing, implementing, and/or monitoring therapeutic programs and providing consultation to school staff and parents to maximize student skills.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
To provide Occupational Therapy services to Birth to age 21 students.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
:
Master's Degree and OTR licensure from MN Board of Occupational Therapy & NBCOT accreditation.
CONTRACT/SALARY:
Long-term substitute OT position working approximately 34 days beginning around 04/14/2025. Beginning salary dependent upon education, qualifications and experience.APPLICATION MATERIALS:
