Hybrid PositionIntegrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services - working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments.
The annual salary range for this position is $82,687.50 to $96,881.59.
Essential Functions:Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management, and stakeholders.Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.Ability to apply data analytics and evaluation skills to identify areas of opportunity across operational service lines.Lead and coordinate project team members across departments and disciplines to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.Analyze requested changes to projects and to manage the change process.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.Accountable for building and leaning into relationships with internal and external partners to meet or exceed project goals.Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field required.A Master's degree or an advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably in a behavioral health, healthcare, or non-profit industry.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle.Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management.Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.Enjoy a great work environment with an excellent salary, generous paid time off, and a strong benefits package!
