Job duties of the Senior Property Accountant Role: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all month-end accounting and reporting procedures. Prepare and review monthly financial reports in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile bank statements. Maintain accurate cash balances and process payables accordingly. Review the general ledger for appropriate account usage, expense accruals and revenue recognition. Prepare monthly financial statements and monthly cash flow projections Assist with audits and budget process Qualifications preferred for the Property Accountant Role:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related is preferred 3 +years of progressive experience Strong communication skills Exhibits initiative and is self-motivated. Strong Excel Skills, Yardi is a plus #INNOV2024 #LI-JM1
