Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.Organize and maintain digital and physical files.Utilize company-specific software and technology platforms efficiently.Assist with recruiting processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.Continuously adapt to and learn about new processes, technology, and industry developments.Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to achieve company objectives.Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.Requirements:

Must be local to South Corona.Proven stable work history.Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, processes, and industries.Demonstrated experience in multitasking and concurrently managing various projects.Exceptional attention to detail.High level of reliability and punctuality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.Positive, proactive, and a team-player attitude.Strong references from previous employers.Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role, or relevant experience.High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience in recruitment or HR functions is a plus.
