Our client, an apparel company, is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who is a visionary and results-driven to lead their digital marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of all digital marketing channels, analytics, and emerging technologies with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. This role is in-office 3 days per week and easily accessible by train from NYC, Northern New Jersey, or Connecticut.The salary range for this role is $180,000+ based on experience.Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Create and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectivesLeverage data-driven insights to define target audiences, set goals, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)Campaign Management:

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and display advertisingTeam Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionalsFoster a collaborative environment and provide guidance on best practices, campaign execution, and professional developmentPerformance Analysis:

Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performanceGenerate periodic reports and actionable insights to refine strategies, optimize ROI, and drive continuous improvementBudget Management:

Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channelsTrack expenses and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost-efficiencyInnovation & Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapeIntegrate innovative tactics and tools to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence and drive growthCross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments including sales, design, brand, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize the impact of marketing efforts across all touchpointsBrand Management:

Ensure consistency across all digital channels and maintain the integrity of the company's online presence.Develop and uphold digital guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus7+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platformsStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, all social media platforms, and CRM systemsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilitiesCreative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
