Job Shift / Added Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant - Receptionist*
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
#1 to answer phones.
Retrieve overnight voicemails from general mailbox and address accordingly.
Retrieve overnight internet leads and confirm appointments with customers.
Daily - Update Leads Management system with sales info from designer update report.
Primarily take phone and internet leads and enter into Leads Management system.
Handle calls coming into the office and direct them to the appropriate individual.
Update Leads Management system with sales information from designer update report emails.
Daily appointment reminder calls to customers.
Email daily leads to designers.
Distribute and Designer paperwork.
Enter monthly designer schedules (calendars) into CBD Manager.
Update Leads Management system with designer 2nd appointments and approved schedule changes.
Make next day customer install schedule phone calls.
Schedule Designer Meetings and Trainings under the direction of Director of Sales.
Welcome and direct all new Applicants.
Maintain neatness of the front office area and Showroom – check every night before you leave.
General administrative support for all Departments.
Back up for Admin Assistant.
General Filing.
Hours:
Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm, and every third Saturday – 9 am to 2 pm.
(Hours are subject to change based on sales volume)
Daily lunch break Monday through Friday will be taken from 12-1pm.
All daily work is to be completed by the end of the day.
All inboxes are to be cleared out and work completed by end of day (filing, etc.)
