VP of Marketing

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a VP of Marketing for our client in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time direct hire position is fully on-site.

The VP of Marketing will manage a team of marketing professionals, assist with revenue growth initiatives, oversee social media marketing, and optimize lead pull-through.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support team of marketing professionals

• Optimize lead pull-through

• Manage lead delivery engine

• Assist with acquisition and revenue growth initiatives

• Oversee social media marketing channels

• Keep up to date with technology and social media trends

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of marketing experience

• At least 3 years of proven leadership experience

• Excellent analytical skills

• Proficiency in martech and analytics tools

• Strong Excel skills

• Exceptional communication skills

• Search Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and A/B testing experience
