Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment in a General Education Development (GED) within in six months of being hiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, and documented years of experience in childcareExperience working with children or in a caregiving roleFirst Aid and CPR certificationEnglish/Spanish or Creole preferredResponsibilities:
Supervise and monitor children during their daily commute to and from our campusEnsure the safety and well-being of all children on the busCommunicate effectively with parents, teachers, and campus administratorsFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all childrenWhat we offer you:
