Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Statistical Process Control systems and monitor quality procedures.Document and validate quality data daily to ensure conformance with specifications.Oversee GMP and food safety compliance for facilities and staff.Analyze data trends, set control parameters, and present findings to management.Train employees on quality policies and assist with audits and inspections.Conduct shelf-life studies and develop sensory panels for product evaluation.Perform special projects and resolve product quality discrepancies.Authorize corrective actions, including production shutdowns if standards are unmet.Foster a safe and continuously improving work environment.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field with 5+ years of QA/QC experience.Strong knowledge of food safety principles.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.Certified SQF Practitioner.
