We Are Seeking a Physician Assistant for Cardiothoracic Surgical Service!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cardiothoracic surgeries
- Coordinate care for adult and pediatric patients
- Provide patient and family education
- Develop and implement discharge plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Lead mentoring programs and participate in clinical trials
- Contribute to research, teaching, and publishing
Qualifications:
- Accredited PA Program graduate (Master's degree preferred)
- CA PA License and National Board Certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience preferred, especially in CT surgeries, EVH, and endo radial artery harvesting
- Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology
- Excellent physical assessment and patient care skills
- Effective teaching, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in BCLS, ACLS, and wound care
Salary:
- $72.77 - $107.64 per hour, based on experience
