Our client, a leading brokerage, is currently seeking a Tribal Commercial Account Manager to join their team. With a strong focus on Employee Benefits, Commercial, and Personal Lines of Insurance, our client specializes in various sectors including Trucking, Transportation, Marine, Real Estate, Healthcare, and more.

As an independent profit center, each office operates with its own President/Leadership, providing a dynamic and empowering work environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct customer service support for Tribal Commercial Lines clientsIssue necessary documentation such as certificates of insurance and auto insurance ID cardsComplete applications, negotiate with underwriters, and prepare business proposalsResolve policy and coverage concerns for clients, insurance carriers, and producersEducate clients on coverages, cross-sell, and upsell for enhanced protectionAssist with training and Worker's Compensation Analytical Reports as requestedEnsure timely transaction of Agency Billed Policy adhering to company protocolsQualifications

3+ years of Commercial lines experience within an independent agencyProficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, and OutlookPossession of WA State LicensesFamiliarity with AMS 360 / ImageRightDesignations such as ACSR, CIC, CPCU, CISR (Preferred)
