To help support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Web Engineer. The Senior Web Engineer will be responsible for designing and coding websites and web applications for our amazing customers. Our team is looking for an engineer who will be able to work a Hybrid schedule in our Raleigh, NC office that wants to go to the next level with WordPress CMS, Headless WordPress, and React. As a Senior Web Engineer, you'll also mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and collaborate closely with our Creative, Sales, and Project Management teams. You must be comfortable working in an Agile agency environment.

Location : Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) In office 2-3 days per week
What you'll do ... Application development using Wordpress modern stack and related technologies Perform all aspects of the development lifecycle to design, code, and test software Develop enhancements to existing software Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production bugs Participate in design sessions, code reviews, & retrospectives to continuously improve Work using Agile development methodologies Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology 5+ years of experience in web development Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, & Javascript frameworks Strong knowledge of WordPress, Headless WordPress, and PHP Hands-on experience with development of WordPress themes, plugins & widgets Familiarity with WP-related technologies (examples: WP REST API, theme.json, Gutenberg Editor, Hooks/filters, OOP PHP, Composer, PHP Code Quality tools) React Development experience within WordPress ecosystem Experience with APIs and webhooks Ready to Build the Future of Web Development?
