POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Campaign Optimization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Integrated Marketing team, monitoring the health of our marketing plans, helping shape and improve our marketing performance. Your knowledge of the F5 product portfolio, combined with your data-driven decision-making, will provide actionable insights to optimize a customer's journey and maximize return on marketing investment. You will leverage your extensive marketing experience and understanding of a user journey to measure the effectiveness of Go-To-Market (GTM) marketing plans with our target audiences. You will work very closely with your peers in Integrated Marketing as well as our Solutions Marketing, Campaign Operations, web optimization, analytics, testing, and Marketing Operations teams. You will work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex issues and contribute to strategic initiatives, including adoption and revenue growth. You are a proactive source of valuable and actionable information with a deep understanding of best practices, norms, and usage patterns. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Integrated Marketing Plan Health: Deliver dashboard views that summarize overall health of our Marketing plans, providing key stakeholders with real-time insights to ensure we're meeting business goals and objectives, working in partnership with our Web and Data Analytics team and our Integrated Marketing Managers.Performance Optimization:
Analyze performance across the funnel (ML to Booking) and against benchmarks working with cross-functional team partners to deliver recommendations for optimization across content, website performance, user experience, and conversion rates across buying groups. Work to identify testing/pilots to drive continuous improvement and continuous learning.Data Visualization:
Ability to communicate vast and complex data stories in visually elegant and digestible ways, distilling insights into compelling presentations. Comfort in Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Smartsheet a plus.Campaign Operations Coordination:
Ensure webforms are built, cross-linking done, tagging correct for digital campaigns. Work closely with IMMs, Web team, and Campaign Operations to ensure flawless and on-time delivery of digital campaign elements.Communication and Collaboration:
Develop and deliver the above on a consistent cadence, presenting to peers and/or leadership in weekly, monthly and quarterly forums to communicate and document what was working, not working, why and what we did about it. Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to understand business goals and contribute updating strategies. Establish rhythm of business and processes for reporting and optimization meetings to regularly review critical GTM health information. This should look like a Measurement Plan that regular tracks GTM performance and a Learning Plan that drives testing/pilots/optimization workstreams.Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Relevant and sufficient work experience can be replaced.Approximately five years of experience within an enterprise tech environment.Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SalesForce, Marketo, and PowerBI a plus)Experience with sales and marketing CRMs: ex: Salesforce and MarketoExperience working with account intelligence tools a plus: Demandbase, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing strategic decision-making.Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentWork effectively as part of a team and independently with a positive attitude.Effective collaboration and relationship-building skills.Takes accountability and ownership of his/her own work.

The annual base pay for this position is: $108,810.00 - $163,216.00
