MUST:Active DoD Top Secret clearance3+ years of systems administration experience and ServerStrong hands-on experience managing and supporting Active Directory systems in an enterprise environmentGood understanding and proficiency with Group Policy management and troubleshootingFamiliarity with backup and recovery solutions for Active DirectoryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailAbility to deliver excellent customer serviceActive CompTIA Security+ceRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are a plus

DUTIES:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to enterprise systems including email, enterprise communications, and messaging platformsResponding to service requests from the end-user, other IT professionals, and executive managementPerforming routine monitoring, maintenance, and administration of application serversResolve Windows operating system related issues and provide technical adviceEnsure updates are happening on a regular basisComfortable being called into to resolve complex AD (active directory) infrastructure problemsHelp provided deeper level of support of existing active directory modules as neededCreate and maintain a Group Policy Map to indicate what each group policy does, what resource(s) is (are) affected, and understand the effect of any change to group policyMake and provide Audit changes to accounts, group policy, and other changes to AD with enterprise auditing tools (i.e Dell Active Administrator, Change Auditor, and Recovery Manager)Follow the Customer's Change Management Policy when changing the customer's IT infrastructureMake necessary adjustments to security controls to grant only access to IT resources required for job performanceManage and maintain standardized Organizational Units (OU) in ADManage and maintain AD custom attributes and security groupsManage AD sites and subnets, including site replication
