Job Description:
Support and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder interactions, product development and adoptionCoordinate with other component organizations within Meta's Privacy Program to support a comprehensive and integrated approach to protecting user privacy.Prepare operational and leadership reports, including but not limited to, coordination with Internal stakeholders to enable reporting, internal and external program communications, strategic planning, and XFN coordination.Tracking operational and project-related activities and process performance.Identify and help in addressing program risks and issues, including working with stakeholders to execute remediation actions in support of overall program objectives.Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis to identify gaps and drive process improvement efforts.Develop workflows for information capture from multi-tenant systems to enable program scale and efficiencies.Experience in coordinating both internal and external events. This includes planning, organizing, and managing events such as team meetings, workshops, and conferences.Responsible for establishing and implementing regular processes and communication channels to ensure effective execution, collaboration, and progress towards program goals within the Privacy Product domain.Communicate with internal stakeholders on program and process performance, status, risks, issues, and mitigations.Manage and streamline the central privacy capability forecasting and distribution process, including fulfillment cycle planning and triage.Support development of project plans, project artifacts, and facilitate project management activities.
