Senior Sleepwear & Intimates Designer , where you'll lead the creative vision and drive the seasonal design development process from concept to delivery. With a strong background in sleepwear and intimates design, you'll create trend-forward, customer-focused collections that align with brand strategy and market demands.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & InnovationConduct trend research and analysis for sleepwear and intimates, including concept/mood board creation, competitive shopping, and market analysis.Develop brand-appropriate, original designs for sleepwear and intimates that reflect seasonal trends and customer needs.Lead the seasonal design development process, ensuring collections meet cost and assortment strategy requirements.Generate concepts for special projects to expand offerings for new customers or market segments.Operations & Results

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper fit and functionality of designs.Partner with CAD designers to develop original prints, textiles, and embroidery for sleepwear and intimates.Design in alignment with line plans, sales data, and emerging trends, maintaining adherence to the product development calendar.Create detailed sketches, line sheets, and tech packs for sleepwear and intimates styles using Adobe Illustrator.Leverage 3D software (e.g., Browzwear, CLO3D) to visualize and enhance design concepts.Source, select, and review raw materials and trims, ensuring alignment with cost and quality standards.Collaborate with costing engineers to deliver designs within pricing parameters.Approve aesthetic and quality details for print strike-offs, fabrics, and trims.Customers & Relationships

Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., technical design, production) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.Build strong partnerships with vendors and cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and project success.Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.8+ years of experience in apparel design , with a focus on sleepwear and/or intimates preferred.Strong creativity and sensibility for sleepwear and intimates design, merchandising, and trends.Proficient knowledge of garment construction, fit, pattern-making, and fabrication.Extensive understanding of sewing techniques, silhouettes, trims, and print manufacturing processes.Highly skilled in

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office .Experience with

3D design software

(e.g., Browzwear, CLO3D) is a plusSuperior organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Compensation/Benefits:

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00.
