GLG is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our global Network Engineering team. You'll build and support a vast, resilient network infrastructure spanning 19 offices worldwide and the cloud. As part of our Core Engineering team, you will work closely with IT, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Design, install, and maintain robust and resilient networking infrastructure.Architect and implement network monitoring systems (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor).Serve as a technical liaison with external vendors for equipment and network services.Document and maintain GLG's network infrastructure for internal reference.Develop risk management strategies with a focus on ISO 27001 standards compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.Manage physical networking assets across 19 global offices.Support new office buildouts, including equipment installation and configuration.Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Cisco/Palo Alto Network support, engineering, and administration.Proficient in network architecture including routers, switches, firewallsIn-depth knowledge of L2/L3 LAN/WAN technologies such as TCP/IP, HSRP, STP, LACP, VPC, BGPv4, EIGRP, OSPF, Route Redistribution, NAT, DNS, MPLS, IPSec, VPN, TLS, and certificates. VoIP (SIP) is a plusWorking knowledge of 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, RF, and WLAN, user authentication, authorization and Identity management products and technologies such as: 802.1x, TACACS, Radius, and Cisco ISE.Familiarity with Hybrid and Cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, CloudFlare, WAF SDN).Proven troubleshooting and performance tuning expertise. Network Monitoring tools (such as SolarWinds, Logic Monitor, Manage Engine)Professional certifications like CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent would be an advantage.Scripting and automation experience - Python, Ansible, Terraform desired.What We Offer:

Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
The anticipated hiring base salary range for this role is:
$128,100-$220,000 USD
