We're in search of a Project Manager with expertise in EcoStruxure™ Power Operation for Critical Facilities to strengthen our team in Reno, NV. This pivotal position entails leading the deployment and management of the EcoStruxure™ Power Operation software-formerly known as EcoStruxure Power SCADA Operation-across our projects with high electrical demands. Your leadership will drive our projects to excel in energy management, pushing the boundaries of efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and management of EcoStruxure™ Power Operation software within critical facilities projects, aiming for top-notch energy efficiency and system reliability.Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration of energy management solutions with existing building automation systems.Offer in-depth support and insights on the optimal operation, maintenance, and enhancement of EcoStruxure™ Power Operation systems.Perform detailed energy audits and formulate strategies that significantly reduce energy usage while boosting sustainability efforts.Manage project schedules, maintain comprehensive documentation, and keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in energy management technology and sustainable construction practices.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.A minimum of 4+ years of experience with EcoStruxure™ Power Operation or similar energy management systems, particularly in environments with substantial electrical demands.Deep knowledge of energy efficiency practices, renewable energy technologies, and sustainable construction principles.Demonstrated project management prowess, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.Proficiency in technical software, including Bullhorn and its integrations, to streamline project management processes.Excellent communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and effectively liaising with stakeholders.A strong commitment to innovation, with a continual focus on exploring new technologies and methods in energy management and eco-friendly construction.
