Program Analyst

ETEK is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and their Investment Planning Management (IPM) group, AAP-200, and the Joint Resource Council (JRC) Executive Secretariat providing support managing programs in the Acquisition Management System (AMS) process seeking investment decisions. Candidates will also support the Acquisition Oversight Branch, AAP-410, conducts Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) of the programs and reports back to the JRC.
Candidates will be required to perform an independent analysis of various FAA investment programs from a program management perspective.
Responsibilities:
Perform day to day activities in support of the JRC Executive Secretariat and FAA Acquisition Executive (FAE).Plan logistics and develop meeting materials for working groups, meetings, and conferences as required for outreach to the JRC Readiness Process Stakeholders on behalf of the JRC Executive Secretariat.Collaborate with a broad team of process stakeholders with a diverse set of skills in the National Airspace System (NAS) and Mission SupportCoordinate activities with stakeholders and team members, and prepare presentations with technical and program management contents for program status reportingSupport and track the work of investment programs and report status periodically.Lead and participate in meetings in support of the FAA customerSupport the Post-Implementation Review (PIR) Quality Officer developing monthly PIR Council reports and PIR Data Readiness Assessment report.Skills Required:
10 - 15 years of relevant experienceExperience working with the FAA and a general understanding of their processesWorking knowledge of MS Sharepoint and Power AppsDetail oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team memberExcellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiencesStrong analytical background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be comfortable making presentations.Federal Government program analysis experience, specifically related to large systems acquisition within the FAA.Skills Preferred:
Experience with FAA NAS or Mission Support systemsExperience with the FAA Acquisition Management System artifacts preferredExperience with FAA Enterprise Architecture artifacts preferredExperience conducting or participating in PIRs preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiencesExtensive and detailed knowledge of FAA NAS systems, investment analysis, solution development & implementation, and engineering practicesHigh level of proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Sharepoint and other MS Office Products.
