Degree in engineering (or advanced technical degree) or Business Administration, Construction Economics or Finance Project Management Experience and/ or scheduling experience with Earned Value Management5 Years Experience or knowledge of a specific functional area or discipline (e.g., Finance, Utility, Infrastructure/Construction, or Information Technology) experienceExperience with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contracts or /Target Priced Contracts or financial accounting on open book contractsExperience creating financial literacy programs or 2 years' experience in a previous financial roleLiaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholdersOverseeing, monitoring, reviewing and vetting costs for construction buildout design plans against quantity requirementsGathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the appropriate management or personnelMaintaining accurate project records and expenses by preparing reports, keeping accurate track of materials/assets and productivity trackingGathering reports for clients and/or stakeholders on claimed executed work of contractors against confirming the stage of work accomplished and checking progress payments according to the accomplished work.ind123
