Exciting Opportunity: PEMB Project Manager
Location: Indiana
Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 DOE, with Health Benefits, 4% 401k Match, and Truck Allowance: $450/month plus gas!
2+ years of Structural and Misc Metals experience.
Job Overview: The PEMB Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The PEMB Project Manager will manage project teams, establish project plans, and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning and implementation of PEMB construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Create and manage project schedules, identifying critical path milestones and tracking project progress.Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Manage project teams, including subcontractors, to ensure project success.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards on all projects.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with 2+ years' Structural and Misc Metals experience. 5-10 years' project management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Proficiency in MS Project and willingness to travel to project sites essential.
