We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.
About the Role:The Scrum Master will facilitate day-to-day development team activities, remove barriers to team effectiveness, and manage sprint processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The Scrum Master will play a key role in ensuring that the teams deliver exceptional services while adhering to process compliancy guidelines and defined service level commitments.
Responsibilities:Drive Agile processes to enable the team to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.Facilitate self-managing teams in resource allocation and work coordination.Monitor team workflows, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery of commitments.Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering growth and development.Protect the team from external interruptions or distractions, enabling focus on sprint goals.Inspire and challenge the team to achieve operational and process improvements.Serve as a communication liaison between the team and stakeholders, including Solution Owners, Program Managers, and other stakeholders.Track, collect, and report progress metrics to measure and communicate team performance.Plan and lead monthly reviews and planning sessions with stakeholders and the team.Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the team.Challenge the team to identify and implement operational enhancements.Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to foster a collaborative team environment.Advocate for process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams.Demonstrated success in driving change and implementing Agile processes.Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills to foster team and individual growth.Experience in supervising or managing resources within a development environment.Deep knowledge of project management within the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Strong organizational development capabilities to promote team effectiveness.Proficiency in conflict resolution and negotiation.Expertise in process improvement and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Exceptional communication skills to act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.Adaptability and resilience to navigate changing priorities and complex challenges.A track record of fostering high-performing teams aligned with Agile principles.Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms).
