Main Duties & Responsibilities:- Lead hands-on and strategic technology initiatives to enhance IT infrastructure, aligning with evolving client needs and market trends.- Oversee the deployment and management of IT systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, utilizing advanced threat detection and data protection strategies.- Manage the design and execution of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and network optimizations.- Establish vendor partnerships and negotiate procurement of cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.- Drive technology innovation through the adoption of emerging tools and trends to maintain market competitiveness.- Develop comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.- Lead IT governance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.- Mentor and manage high-performing IT teams, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.- Monitor and evaluate IT budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
Skills & Requirements:- 5+ years of experience with LAN and WAN configuration, setup, and troubleshooting.- 5+ years of experience with O365, Windows Servers, and supporting technologies.- 5+ years of experience providing excellent exceptional service directly to end users- Industry certifications are highly preferred (ITIL, CISSP, MCP, MCSA/MCSE, CSSA, CCNA, VCP).- Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure management, including network architecture and hybrid environments.- Proficient in cybersecurity methodologies, including risk assessments, penetration testing, and data encryption.- Extensive experience with IT governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.- Proven ability to manage IT vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for enterprise-level solutions.- Skilled in implementing monitoring tools and optimizing systems for enhanced performance and reliability.- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and other virtualization technologies.- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing IT teams.- Experience in developing and executing strategic IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives.- Familiarity with advanced IT service delivery frameworks, including ITIL and agile methodologies.- Ability to drive technological advancements and ensure competitive service offerings in the market.
