Summary

This position exists to provide DBS with a dedicated resource focused on acquiring and growing relationships with new individual brokers, producer groups and national accounts as well as growing relationships with existing brokers, producer groups and national accounts. This is an independent contributor role with no direct reports. The focus is on providing direction on production goals, account status, trends, and marketing initiatives. This will be accomplished by gaining and maintaining a deep understanding of the client organization's wants, needs, and processes. We work with insurance agents, brokers, and financial advisors across the country to help them secure life insurance products for their clients who want to protect their families or their businesses. We take pride in the fact that we are directly responsible for insuring thousands of people nationwide as one of the leading distributors of life insurance in the nation. FINRA: Series 6 or 7, or 63 is required.

We are looking to bring in new talent in our Central Region.

This is a full-time, salary plus commission role working remotely within the central region. You will travel within your assigned region to support clients and your target premium revenue goals (approximately 40% travel). An experienced candidate from Chicago, IL preferred, but we are open to consider candidates in other states within the region.

Implement key account strategies and processes with all accounts.
