Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience4-7 Years’ experience in leading Human Capital Management (HCM) systems implementations, supporting Workday postproduction support services, or as a functional leader at a Workday clientAt least 4 Years’ experience in implementing and configuring Workday solutions, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying business requirements across multiple Workday modules4-7+ years of enterprise resource planning (ERP), HCM implementation, and upgrade experienceDetailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionalityCompletion of at least one full implementation with Workday HCMWorkday certified in HCM a plusResponsibilities
Leads the planning, analysis, design and configuration of Workday Financial systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterpriseCollects, analyzes information requirements and analytically and systematically evaluates problems of workflows, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate corrective action for configurationAct as the SME for all Workday HCM needsBe the escalation point for critical functional issuesOversee all functional work streamsWork on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology packageProvide effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projectsCompany Information:
