Management Directive 110 , 29 C.F.R. § 1614, et seq., and EEOC precedential decisions.Identifies relevant evidence and witnesses, and using interviews, affidavits, and declarations to obtain testimony.Prepares written reports with factual summaries for use by decisionmakers.Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. This position requires successful completion of an EEO Investigator training program consisting of a minimum of thirty-two (32) hours of training prior to onboarding or within the first 90 days of hiring. Additionally, this position requires successful maintenance and completion of at least eight (8) hours of continuing EEO Investigator training which must be completed before the end of each fiscal year, as required by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in's

Management Directive 110 , Chapter 6, Section II.National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience):

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.Current or Former Political Appointees:
