Job Summary:Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Public Safety, Senior Living, Municipal/Government, Education, Recreation, Industrial, Office/Workplace, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Multi-Family, and Hospitality sectors. 5-12 years of professional experience.Proficiency in Revit is required.Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited universityStrong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.Experience leading a project team and client presentations.Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners.Define project requirements and develop design criteria.Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.Professional client development skills.Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.

Project Architect Compensation:
