Summary:We're seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical positions in the aerospace industry. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you'll represent our company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.Key Responsibilities:Partner with internal teams to discuss hiring needs, strategies, and feedbackScreen and source candidates for various technical positionsRecommend top candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviewsConduct candidate tours and attend interviews as an additional evaluatorManage the offer process, including background checks and negotiationsDaily activities may include:Meeting with client groups to discuss hiring strategiesScreening applicants and sourcing passive candidatesCoordinating onsite interviews and candidate experiencesBuilding and maintaining candidate pipelinesRequirements:Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experienceAbility to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teamsStrong initiative and task completion skillsPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineeringExperience with in-house and high-volume recruitingFull life cycle recruiting experienceSkill in non-standard recruiting methods (e.g., cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns)Ability to interface with director and VP level technical leadersStrong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidatesAnalytical skills for evaluating recruiting data and distinguishing top talentThis fast-paced role requires adaptability, multitasking abilities, and a passion for attracting the country's most talented individuals to push the boundaries of aerospace technology.
