We represent esteemed clients and are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to join our telecommunications division. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in planning, coordinating, and executing our marketing endeavors. This is a fabulous entry-level opportunity to assist with the day-to-day execution and management of the basic marketing functions of our firm. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you'll work hard, but you'll also learn a tremendous amount about the ins and outs of marketing, and get to experience the joys and challenges of working as part of a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial team.Responsibilities of an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Manager:Aid in creating and executing marketing campaigns and strategiesMaintain exceptional customer service during events alongside promotional marketing teamEnhance client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales efforts at eventsParticipate in rigorous leadership training, potentially leading events and projects for new clientsProvide consultation on client compliance mattersFulfill any additional responsibilities as assignedRequirements of an Entry Level Marketing and Sales Manager:

Experience or knowledge in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising (a plus)StrongWritten and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and deadline-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to undergo rigorous leadership trainingOccasional travel may be required

The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including a strong customer service orientation, and excellent organizational/time management skills. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be working as part of a team as well as independently. Strong attention to detail and as well as deadline-oriented is most critical. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and advertising is a plus. Occasional travel is required.#LI-Onsite
