Key Responsibilities
Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies. Manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales. Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making. Achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers. Qualifications
Must reside in the US. Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach. 7-10+ years Professional Staffing/Consulting Experience. 7+ years selling staffing services into Enterprise clients. 7+ years selling Professional Services. Strong career progression. Strong leadership qualities. Experience/Involved in the RPO, MSP, VMS sales process. Well-connected in the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders). Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc. Strong Customer Service skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with at least 7-10 years staffing experience to join our fully remote Sales team. You will be identifying and closing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing our overall US market share. Your primary focus will be to expand our ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire) to Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US. You will also identify and close net new Direct Hire and Contingent professional staffing opportunities.
