Associate Growth Marketing Manager

That’s where you come in!As a key member of the Marketing organization, you will work with business partners across the organization to build high-impact programs generating and capturing demand for our products, engaging our players, and generating new player growth.You're a multifaceted marketing leader who possesses both creative and technical expertise, spanning the entire length of the customer journey. You have hands-on experience in email marketing, paid media, content marketing, and full-funnel marketing analytics across multiple device platforms.What You'll Do:
Partner cross-functionally with teams in Product Marketing, Creative, Business Intelligence, and Product Management to drive alignment between business and performance marketing strategy.Innovate and build outstanding campaigns using multi-channel marketing strategies to drive product demand, capture demand, and acquire and retain players.Develop, build, and launch campaigns from brief to development, automation workflows, and execution.Segment audiences and implement personalized campaign tactics, using data to drive engagement across email, paid media, and push notifications.Build paid media strategies across core advertising channels (search, social, display, and programmatic) to support product and player marketing initiatives.Create growth strategies that prioritize small hypotheses, fast experimentation, and rapid iteration over large, long-term campaigns.Analyze product campaign and player performance, run hypothesis-based tests, and deliver weekly reports.Continue monitoring of performance metrics, using data and insights to continually improve and scale channels.What You'll Bring:
Ability to attribute program performance back to channel, goal, and product line.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret data to make strategic recommendations.Outstanding communication - both written and spoken. Comfortable communicating analysis to teams, collaborators, and leadership.Hands-on experience with quantitative media analysis and optimization.Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and convert the ambiguous into clear action.Experience working with global brands; gaming preferred.Passion for both games and the business of games.Nice to Have:
2+ years of work experience in performance marketing, demand generation, and the player acquisition funnel.Handled a multi-million-dollar advertising budget.Hands-on experience using lifecycle marketing and paid advertising platforms on both mobile and desktop.4-year college degree or equivalent experience.Compensation Range, Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $67,725Pay Range End: $113,500In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives.
