A Senior Vice President within Teneo Risk is a core, client facing member of our account teams. As a Senior Vice President you are responsible for assisting with the definition and execution of strategic programs and initiatives in support of Teneo Risk clients. This may include, but not be limited to helping clients identify security vulnerabilities in their businesses, conducting risk assessments of key threats and risks to a company’s readiness, developing and implementing defense measures and robust response tactics, and helping clients build a roadmap for a holistic enterprise security system. Often our client work will result in the execution of the strategic roadmap, thus the ability to establish long-term, trust-based relationships is crucial. Senior Vice Presidents are highly motivated and dedicated individuals who are able to deal directly with senior clients and internal team members on strategy, new business ideas, thought leadership, and industry trends. Senior Vice Presidents report to the Managing Director and President of the division and will work closely with the team to manage client engagements and deliver best-in-class service. Responsibilities

Support the identification, sale and delivery of new client mandates in the physical security space. Drive impact and value on critical issues that confront Security Leaders such as CSOs, CISOs, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officers. Manage security projects and workstreams including definition of timelines, deliverables, creation of progress reports across the account team, the client, and vendors. Conduct research into emerging threats, trends in the security industry, and advances in technology or methodology and act as a conduit to share these evolutions with technical leadership within the client’s organization to incorporate in their security management planning. Evangelize security awareness and best practices throughout all levels of the client’s organization, considering the tactics, techniques, and procedures employed by malicious actors and how they evolve. Understand and articulate relevant physical, cyber and health security industry trends in order to help supply independent assessments on strategic opportunities and priorities. Establish mutually beneficial long-term relationships with senior-level clients and serve as a key member of the client account team, directing multiple efforts for clients. Collaborate and interact across internal Teneo divisions in order to define and deliver the most valuable and meaningful solution for the client. Serve as a role model and mentor to colleagues and drive and exemplify Teneo culture both internally and externally while working with our clients. Qualifications

10+ years’ experience as a physical security professional / head of security / head of security operations / security consultant, focused on protection of company assets for a Fortune 1000 firm or major security consultancy. Individuals with no prior history either managing security programs or serving as a consultant to clients in the physical security sector will not be considered. Viable candidates will have: expertise with assessment of critical security threats, risks and mitigation strategies, including development of holistic security programs and deployment of such programs. expertise with selling security services, developing security solutions or managing large-scale security projects for the private sector. expertise in managing a business, business line or security teams. prior experience structuring and pricing security consulting deals such as security assessments, investigations, implementation projects, training programs, etc. extensive understanding, experience and expertise with security technology solutions to include identity and access management, surveillance and video systems, and event and incident management platforms. project management skills including the ability to set project timelines and deliverables, manage resources and track and escalate project issues and risks. extensive MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word skills which serve as the foundation for all Teneo Risk Advisory work – Teneo Risk does not provide training in these programs – candidates are expected to be highly proficient in this area. Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build relationships with business stakeholders at all levels of a Fortune 500 client, including executive managers and vendors. Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Master’s degree desirable but not required. CPP desired but not required. What We Offer

Base Salary Range

$180,000 - $210,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed). Bonus Eligible

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York and San Francisco offices, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
