Integrated Campaigns Marketing ManagerWhat you'll be doing:Own and elevate our webinar program: Develop and execute a global webinar strategy, including accurate audience segmentation and program optimization.Produce and manage webinars: Handle day-to-day production, from creating registration pages, conducting dry runs, and hosting multiple live events weekly.Manage on-demand webinar strategy: Build a multi-channel on-demand webinar strategy to maximize views and impact.Drive promotions and sales communications: Leverage email, social, display, and internal comms to boost registration and ultimately pipeline.Measure and report performance: Analyze data and produce regular reports to track webinar contribution, effectiveness, and impact.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and global teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.Optimize and innovate: Continuously refine processes to improve program efficiency and stay ahead of industry trends.What you should have:3-5 years in the webinar field or similar discipline, with a track record of planning, executing, and optimizing webinars.Technical savvy: Familiarity with ON24, Salesforce, and other marketing tools related to campaigns.Data-driven mentality: Ability to analyze data and make performance improvements.Project management skills: Outstanding organization, rigorous attention to detail, and comfort with deadlines and deliverables.Clear communication: Strong communication skills across multiple channels and the ability to craft compelling stories with PowerPoint/Google Slides.Proactive attitude: A go-getter who takes ownership, is accountable, and drives results.Accommodations:
