Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, aligning with our growth objectives.Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a respectful, timely, and engaging process that aligns with our values.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.Manage and prioritize open job requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring that meets business demands.Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.A passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
