Our team advises on a broad range of financing matters for state and local governmental entities, including municipal bonds, notes, and other obligations-tax-exempt or taxable-across the U.S. and its territories for public infrastructure and capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong transactional background
with experience in public finance transactions
and tax-exempt municipal bond financing. Experience with debt offerings and business transactions for school districts, junior college districts, cities, counties, and special-purpose districts is preferred.Key Requirements:2-5 years of transactional experience, preferably in public finance and municipal bond financing.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to support and enhance team collaboration and client relationships.Active Texas Bar membership or the ability to become licensed in Texas.Additional Skills:Direct experience working with school districts, junior college districts, cities, counties, and special-purpose districts on debt financing and other business transactions.Knowledge of relevant public finance laws, tax codes, and regulatory considerations.Location:
